SV Tours – Payment Policy

🔹 Advance Payment

Minimum 30% of package cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Booking will be confirmed only after receiving advance payment.

🔹 Balance Payment

Remaining 70% of the package cost must be cleared before the journey starts.

In case of non-payment of balance, SV Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of advance.

🔹 Mode of Payment

Payments can be made through Cash / UPI / Bank Transfer / Online Payment.

Payment receipt will be provided after confirmation.

🔹 Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made within 7 days of travel date, 100% payment must be done at the time of booking.

🔹 Refunds

Advance / Registration charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
